This page explains how Aparecium handles large, heavy, oversized, or supplier-direct shipments. It supplements our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Methods

Depending on product size, weight, destination, warehouse location, and availability, orders may ship by standard parcel carrier, ground shipping, freight carrier, warehouse shipment, or direct supplier shipment.

Freight Delivery

Large ladders, scaffolding products, racks, carts, or other oversized items may require freight delivery instead of standard parcel delivery. Freight delivery may require a delivery appointment and a person available to receive the shipment.

Freight carriers may provide curbside delivery unless another service is arranged. Inside delivery, liftgate service, residential delivery, appointment delivery, remote-area service, storage, re-delivery, or address-correction services may require additional fees where disclosed and permitted by law.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide a complete and accurate shipping address, contact name, phone number, and delivery instructions.
  • Confirm whether the delivery location can accept freight or oversized deliveries.
  • Arrange equipment or assistance to move heavy items from curbside delivery when needed.
  • Inspect packages before signing whenever possible.
  • Note visible damage with the carrier before signing and contact us promptly with photos.

Delivery Estimates and Delays

Estimated delivery time is usually 3-10 business days after shipment for standard shipments, but freight orders may take longer due to carrier scheduling, warehouse location, appointment availability, remote destinations, weather, holidays, or other events outside our reasonable control.

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated or estimated shipping timeframe, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. You may choose to agree to the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund as required by applicable law.

Damage, Loss, or Missing Items

If a shipment is damaged, lost, delayed, or missing parts, contact us at shopify@aparecium.net with your order number, photos, packaging images, shipping label, and any carrier documentation.
