Product Safety

Aparecium sells physical goods such as ladders, scaffolding products, racks, utility carts, and related equipment. These products may involve risk of property damage, personal injury, or death if selected, assembled, maintained, or used incorrectly.

Customer Responsibilities

Before using any product, customers must read and follow all product manuals, warnings, labels, assembly instructions, load ratings, inspection requirements, and safety guidelines supplied with the product or shown on the product page.

• Do not exceed the stated load capacity or weight rating.
• Do not use products that are damaged, unstable, missing parts, modified, or improperly assembled.
• Use products only on suitable surfaces and in suitable environments.
• Wear appropriate protective equipment where required by the product instructions, workplace rules, or applicable law.
• Keep children and unauthorized users away from equipment that may create safety risks.

Ladders and Scaffolding

Ladders, work platforms, and scaffolding products must be inspected before use and used only as directed. Customers are responsible for confirming that the selected product is appropriate for the intended height, load, surface, environment, and task.

Do not rely on any statement that a product is OSHA compliant, ANSI compliant, or certified to a particular standard unless that statement appears on the product page or manufacturer documentation and is supported by the manufacturer or supplier.

Racks, Carts, and Material Handling Products

Racks, carts, shelving, and material handling products must be loaded evenly and used within their stated capacity. Customers are responsible for securing loads, avoiding tip-over hazards, and following any assembly, anchoring, wheel-lock, or maintenance instructions.

Recalls and Safety Issues

Products should not be used if they are subject to a safety recall or if they present a safety concern. If we become aware of a product recall or safety issue affecting your purchase, we may contact you using the information provided with your order.

Customers should stop using any recalled product and follow the recall, repair, replacement, or return instructions provided by Aparecium, the manufacturer, supplier, or applicable regulator.
