Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellation requests are handled for standard one-time purchases from Aparecium.

Cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible to shopify@aparecium.net with your order number, customer name, and reason for cancellation.

Orders that have already been processed, packed, shipped, transferred to a warehouse, handed to a carrier, or scheduled for freight pickup may not be cancellable.

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated or estimated shipping timeframe, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. You may choose to agree to the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund as required by applicable law.

This policy applies to standard one-time purchases only. Subscription, automatic renewal, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy programs, if offered, will be subject to separate cancellation terms.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable federal, state, or local consumer protection laws.
