Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Aparecium ships physical goods purchased from https://www.aparecium.net.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable federal, state, or local consumer protection laws.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States unless a product page, checkout, or customer support message states otherwise. Shipping availability may vary by product, destination, carrier, warehouse location, product size, and order value.
Some ladders, scaffolding products, racks, carts, or oversized items may require freight shipping instead of standard parcel shipping.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing may take longer during peak periods, inventory transfers, fraud review, address verification, supplier-direct fulfillment, freight scheduling, or for large or bulk orders.
3. Shipping Methods
Depending on product size and destination, orders may ship by:
- Standard parcel carrier.
- Ground shipping.
- Freight carrier for oversized or heavy products.
- Warehouse or direct supplier shipment.
The available shipping options and estimated fees may be shown at checkout or confirmed by customer support for special freight orders.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is usually 3-10 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier service.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, customs, remote locations, incorrect addresses, inventory transfers, freight appointment scheduling, or events outside our reasonable control.
5. Shipping Delay Notice
If we are unable to ship your order within the stated or estimated shipping timeframe, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. You may choose to agree to the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund as required by applicable law.
If we cancel an order because we cannot fulfill it in a timely manner, we will notify you and issue a refund for the affected order.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, destination, carrier rates, warehouse location, and shipping method.
For large, heavy, or oversized products, additional freight, handling, residential delivery, liftgate, remote area, appointment, storage, re-delivery, or address-correction fees may apply where disclosed and permitted by law.
7. Tracking
When available, tracking information will be sent by email after the order ships. Tracking may take time to update after carrier pickup.
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, return fees, re-delivery fees, address-correction fees, or extra costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
9. Freight and Oversized Delivery
Freight deliveries may require a delivery appointment and someone available to receive the shipment. Customers should inspect packages before signing whenever possible.
If visible damage is present, note the damage with the carrier before signing and contact us promptly with photos. If damage is discovered after delivery, keep the packaging and contact us as soon as possible.
Freight carriers may deliver curbside unless another service is purchased or arranged. Customers are responsible for confirming whether liftgate, inside delivery, residential delivery, or appointment service is needed.
10. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged, contact shopify@aparecium.net with your order number and available photos or carrier documentation.
We will work with the carrier, warehouse, or supplier to review the issue and determine next steps.
