Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Aparecium handles returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds for physical goods purchased from https://www.aparecium.net.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable federal, state, or local consumer protection laws.
1. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in resellable condition.
- In its original packaging where applicable.
- Complete with manuals, accessories, parts, labels, safety warnings, and proof of purchase.
- Not damaged, modified, improperly assembled, installed, or used in a way that affects resale or safety.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return unless required by law or unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect:
- Used, installed, assembled, damaged, or modified products.
- Items missing original packaging, parts, manuals, accessories, labels, or safety materials.
- Clearance, final sale, customized, special-order, or bulk-order items.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, unsafe operation, unauthorized repair, or failure to follow instructions.
If a product page, quote, or checkout notice states special return limits for large, freight, custom, final-sale, or special-order items, those terms apply unless prohibited by law.
3. How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact shopify@aparecium.net with:
- Order number.
- Customer name and email.
- Product name.
- Reason for return.
- Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, missing parts, or affected by delivery damage.
Do not send items back without receiving return instructions from us.
4. Return Shipping and Fees
Unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, an incorrect item, or shipping damage for which we are responsible, customer-remorse returns may require the customer to pay return shipping costs.
For large, heavy, or oversized items, return freight costs may be higher than standard parcel shipping. Additional freight, handling, residential pickup, liftgate, appointment, remote-area, or carrier fees may apply where disclosed and permitted by law.
If any restocking, handling, or similar fee applies, we will disclose it before finalizing the return where required by law.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing required parts, contact us within 7 days after delivery when possible. Please include photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.
We may offer replacement parts, a replacement product, exchange, repair support, return label, freight claim support, or refund depending on the issue and applicable law.
Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs caused by our error, an incorrect item, or a defective product where applicable law requires otherwise.
6. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, handling fees, freight fees, and payment processing fees may be non-refundable unless required by law, caused by our error, or related to an approved defective, damaged, or incorrect item claim.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges depend on product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or alternative product.
8. Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible to shopify@aparecium.net. Orders that have already been processed, packed, shipped, transferred to a warehouse, handed to a carrier, or scheduled for freight pickup may not be cancellable.
If we cannot ship your order within the stated or estimated shipping timeframe, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. You may choose to agree to the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund as required by applicable law.
This cancellation policy applies to standard one-time purchases only. Subscription, automatic renewal, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy programs, if offered, will be subject to separate cancellation terms.
